Liam Mullen

Residence: Toronto, Canada

Liam Mullen is an artist, writer, and researcher studying Visual Studies at the University of Toronto’s John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design. His practice takes an interest in the intersections of visual and aural language, as it weaves aural, written, and lens-based media to transpose personal interactions, experiences, and questions. In doing this, he looks to offer up a space for the public to take a breath and reflect. Currently, his research is oriented toward the relationships between land and sound, using speculative methods data-representation to “unearth” discrete-sedimentary sonic artefacts.
