Contact! Brent Holland

(January 1, 1989)

The Desert
Burning, scorching
The Wind
Scratching, tearing
The Rain
Penetrating, driving
The Waves
Endless, drenching
But nowhere a cup to quench
The Thirst
And when our eyes met and we began our run and when it was over:
We were one
