The title of this piece is the per-minute fee charged by the CEC for inclusion on the Presence II CD and also the reason for its precise 1-minute length. The sound material is derived from the mechanical and electrical noises made by the equipment used to make the piece. Oh, and some fleeting windows on a Canada Day parade.
