Vox Alia is a suite of short vocal études which, via electroacoustic treatment, conserve traces of the melodic, rhythmic and timbral qualities of this marvelous medium, in the service of a particular character or feeling. Amoroso explores an ornamental and contrapuntal compositional style, in the perspective of sound as well as space, using the model of a Gregorian melody.
