Blaze Lissa Meridan

blaze began life as part of a 45 minute installation performance piece involving video projection and performance artist Willa Gordon. It was diffused through a 3-D multi speaker setup so that the audience could move through the installation while being completely enveloped by the soundscape. It explores frequency extremities and the juxtaposition of contrasting timbres, both on temporal and vertical axis. This work was created in the electronic music studio at the University of Auckland.
