GHOSTS TOWNS a mixed media performance and installation piece exploring the social, geographical and ecological histories resonating from the abandoned towns and settlements located throughout Australia. These once vital centres for agriculture, mining and country life have burnt bright and faded, but the physicality of their presence leaves a more permanent impact on the natural surroundings and it’s these remaining elements that will be the focus of Ghost Towns.
