‘Collage #1’ was originally composed as a quadraphonic piece. Here it has been reduced to a stereo composition. The piece was put together step be step using spontaneous decision making. An idea would pop into my head, then I would record it without thinking. The entire piece was done in this manner. This relates to a collage. Digital audio, violin, record samples, and found sound were used as the sound sources.
