Machines Submix is a segment of the soundtrack to a video installation entitled Wetland. The installation was an ecological requiem for a destroyed marsh. This portion of the sound mix stands well on its own as an atmospheric composition. Amid industrial rumble, an unhappy puppy’s barks shatter into glassy shards of reverb. The machinery continues to rumble regardless.
