Metro Kasey Pocius

Metro is a 5-channel point source electroacoustic piece composed of recordings recorded around the city of Montréal from February to April 2017, along with use of the Doepfer A-100 series modular analogue synthesizer located at Concordia and use of digital editing and processing. Metro is a piece meant to convey the experiences of a new arrival to the city riding and exploring the metro for the first time. It was completed in fulfillment of the first year electroacoustic composition at Concordia.
