Gilgamesh: Tape X: The Dawning of Irreversible Action Barry D. Truax

Tape X: The Dawning of Irreversible Action is another solo soundtrack composed for the music theatre work Gilgamesh. It depicts the moment when Gilgamesh forsakes the journey to reverse the death of Enkidu, and in abandoning the desire and resulting tensions of that quest, he achieves a new state of peace and equilibrium. The work was realized at the Institute of Sonology with purely electronically synthesized materials.
