Eternally Divided Malte Leander

Eternally Divided is a reflection on the multilingual individual, exploring the feeling of the split persona defined by limitations and knowledge of vocabulary, speech and expression. What parts of our personality change when we speak something other than our mother tongue? And how is this apparent to our surroundings? Through the use of the voice, this topic is examined through the lens of three different languages, with correlative field recordings, layered with electronically conceived sounds.
